How to bring our communities into Equilibrium

Equilibrium by nightThe Melbourne International Flower & Garden Show was held last week (March 28-April 1) with the savewater!® Equilibrium display receiving Gold in the Show Garden category. Arron Wood launches SmartGardenWatering

Arron WoodArron Wood launched the SmartGardenWatering website earlier this month at the Melbourne International Flower & Garden Show. The SmartGardenWatering application is a fun and informative way to find out exactly how much water your garden needs.  You can simply plot out your current garden, or get creative and plug in the plants that you would like to see in your dream garden and see how much water it would use. The app includes the ability to share the garden you’ve created on Facebook, and you can check out the gardens other people have posted too! Arron Wood was Young Australian of the Year in 2001, and has received a number of other national and international accolades for his work with the environment and the Kids’ teaching Kids’ movement, including the Prime Minister’s Environmentalist of the Year Award in 2007. Make sure you check out the video below of Arron at the launch.
