You might be thinking the gold rush finished long ago, but for Local Government Authority, the City of Ballarat, the dash to secure the treasure is not over.  The City of Ballarat are now even richer than before through saving a significant amount of water, which saw them win gold at the 2010 savewater! awards® in the Government category.
